Orders within the Kathmandu Valley are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Outside the Valley, expect 2–4 business days depending on your location. Our team will call you to confirm your order and coordinate delivery after you place it.
After placing your order you'll receive an Order ID on the confirmation screen — save it. You can then visit the View Orders page and enter your phone number or Order ID to see your order status at any time.
We accept cash on delivery (COD), or online/QR payment at the time of delivery — whichever is easiest for you. There are no delivery charges; the price you see is the price you pay. Our team will confirm payment details when they call to confirm your order.
Yes. If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange at no cost to you. For size exchanges, reach out via the contact form or call us directly — we'll do our best to help.

Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron directly on printed areas. Air dry for best results. Proper care keeps colours bright and fabric in top condition for longer.
